The Real Blanche DuBois

Characters in "Desperation Tramway", best known as Blanche, indicate the quality of "mistaken" and "separated from the image chosen" through the play. The image that she projected to the world was cruelly torn through a series of events that led to her death, so the branch can be seen as the central figure of "the image (she) chosen to be stripped." Blanche is described as "mothy", which means that she needs to hide herself in the dark. The revealed light figuratively "dead".

In an environment she found herself collapsed, she was very clear about her more sophisticated and more expensive background. She opposed Stanley because he was very common. As the drama evolved, she felt her history was very difficult. The family property of the Belle Reve plantation in Mississippi State was wasted and the house was taken over by the creditors. When Mr. Blanche married a young man and realized that her husband was acting homosexual, that marriage gave disastrous results. Blanche seems to be a ship without a rudder

Blanche DuBois is a sister of Stella Kowalski. She came to Stella with her little house in New Orleans and her husband Stanley. Blanche was said to be the beauty of the south, there was a tragic flaw due to the lack of self-respect. There are many words that can be used to describe Blanche; however, her main features are instability, flirting and deception. Blanche has a devastating wound, and her tragic defects will now arise. The elements of love, sex, and death bothered her, lost reasons, and stimulated an unstable idea until she could not handle it. To illustrate, Blanche married Love Alan Gray of her life until she found him in bed with another man. After Blanche told her that she did not like him, her husband shot himself. This terrorist incident has a great influence on the life of Blanche and it is the key to her action after her.
