The Rampart Scadal and CRASH

In the late 1990s, within the Rampart branch of the police station in Los Angeles, community resources came to the era of new corruption against street crime prevention, or it was also known as CRASH anti-gang force unit. Every movie or scandal has a police culture which is characterized by the concept of "we and theirs". Moral and ethical leadership is weak, ethnic minorities are victims. The focus of the Rampart scandal is a LAPD anti-gang force unit called a crash (community resource for street food). In the mid-1980s, violent crime, including gangs, drugs and weapons, increased significantly in the Lampat region of Los Angeles. Therefore, the department has created a crash. Trivia: David Ayer wrote the first draft in 1995, just before the Rampart scandal became a headline in 1998. In the first draft, Alonzo is a Latino official in charge of law enforcement at Pico-Union Gang of Rampart branch. Because of his reputation as a corrupt and racist policeman, he is a lonely person who does not have any partners. However, the basic elements of the character are as follows. He wears expensive jewelry and drives Monte Carlo in 1979. Dialogue: One way to make a scene is to see who controls it.
