The Radical Republican Party of the Reconstruction Era

In the era of civil war reconstruction, two new political groups began to take shape. Militant Republican Party has gained some of the greatest members from the two groups on both sides of the country (Hodges 1). Blankets and flutters combined forces to rebuild the south, but they were controversial and criticized for their radical worldview (Hodges 1). The purpose of the blankets and scarags at the time was controversial, but this group could be attributed to one of the earliest civil rights attempts in the south and other great achievements (Coleman's " Influence of ") 1).

A radical Republican was an American politician within the Republican Party (within the Republican) until the end of 1854 reconstruction. They call themselves "extremists" and their basic sense is to completely eliminate slavery and separatism without compromising.
