This is the central problem of the painful sea of Endo Shuu and the glory of poison - my third Endo novel, silence and deep river, my favorite literary work -. Although not so obvious religious beliefs, the oceans and poisons are full of spiritual, moral and moral issues that seem to be characteristic of Endo's work. To the background of the experimental biopsy of American prisoners of war during the Second World War, Endo focused on the roles participating rather than the victim - doctors and nurses. He looked into them in detail to unveil the different incentives of their complicity of making themselves a violent act. One person struggles seriously because of the feeling of guilt; others do not feel such regret and why they want to know. As one person says, "The conscience of man is ... there seems to be many differences between humans" (p.166)
Silsaku Endo's silence: I would like to see a movie by Martin Scorsese, but I had no chance. Even so, Endo's distinct style is the story of the first person of Rodriguez first, the third person's voice taken after Rodriguez is caught is really suitable for faith, loss, and strong betrayal It is. And a tragic portrait, persecution and pain. Inoue is one of the most fascinating persecutors in the book, and its end is controversial, but it certainly raises valuable questions and inspires funny thoughts.
