When entering the classroom at an American school, usually a few students can attract without attention. Through their enthusiasm, social skills, crime, or their inner humor sense, these students are usually outgoing. In sharp contrast, some cowardly students seem to get angry on the background. These students are introverted people in the classroom. In contemporary education systems, introverts are forced to endure a series of increasingly intense activities such as speech, debate, brainstorming, participation levels, and so on.
Recently I found "face of introverted movement". Her name is Susan Cain. She is a co - founder and a best - selling writer. Quiet of Quiet Revolution: The essential power of the world that can not stop talking, and her latest quiet power: the power of the secret inwards. After nearly a decade of research topics and interviews with different person types and people, including many business environments, Cain showed how everyone fits inside / outside in her first book It was. We may fall into a continuum or settle down, but we will probably be somewhere in between. Carl Jung wrote that no one is purely introverted nor purely extroverted. As Kane and I agree, many people have an equal tendency from both sides - it is known as "ambiverts" - it is usually considered the best of both strengths. (See also Forbes writer Travis Bradbury "Nine signs that you are a sabbath".)
I did not talk about Susan Kane's books, it is quiet. Because there is no inward power, no time in the world we can not stop talking. But here is the story of her TED. Since the business world tends to be privileged and extroverted, outgoing people often do not understand introverted value and importance. Emotionally intelligent introverted people know how to make space for introverted people.
