The Qualities It Takes to Bcome a Great Leader an Person

We all know that ROTC is about leadership. But what is leadership? What does lead meaning mean? How can you be a leader? John Quincy Adams once said, "If your actions make other people more dream, more learning, more and more, you are the leader." At ROTC, I was thinking "what kind of state did you enter?" I was always passionate about the military, but in addition to advertisements, documentaries, movies.

What inspires a leader? The ability to motivate people to reach the peak of performance and success is the skill that leaders need. There are few leaders who can show the quality that employees want most. And I think that these qualities are leaders. Employees choose to obey these qualities. Many senior leaders want to make it possible for employees to follow them because of position, company ownership or position at the organization level. And to be honest, for these reasons, many employees follow leaders. But this does not mean that leaders motivate their best work, support and contribution.

Unlike the manager, the leader is followed by its personality, behavior, and belief. Leaders personally invest in tasks and projects and show a high level of enthusiasm for their work. Leaders have made it possible to achieve their satisfaction goals and are very interested in the success of their followers - these are not necessarily organizational goals. The managers of the managers need to follow the order, but from the standpoint of leadership, the followers are optional. Leadership is dedicated to employee's inspiration and trust; people who wish to follow the leader may cease at any time. Generally, leaders are people who challenge the present situation. Leadership is innovative, positive, agile, creative and adaptive.

Being a servant leader needs to be very discreet. If servant's leadership is not a standard adopted by many corporate and social leaders it is not easy to become a servant's leader. I myself have never become like me personally until today, and I am still trying to become a servant leader. Becoming a servant leader is not easy. However, I believe that being a servant leader makes us different from other types of leaders and that it can bring about changes in the world. I will use the above guidance as my motivation to keep improving the leadership of my servant. I hope that will serve you as well.
