Pursuit of freedom under the Constitution, recognition and protection has always been a struggle for African Americans. Their journey is full of slavery, physical and mental torture and persecution. Even so, they have long been regarded as equality. Many people believe that the United States is a place of opportunity, a country claiming liberty, and there are specific laws to ensure the pursuit of equality of freedom. Despite the intention of promoting freedom and equality, many American laws transcend these values ​​and reflect the real feelings of our national voters.
