My dreams are very heavy. Simply put, a dream is like watching a movie with images, sounds, and a certain movement flow. However, I have never explained my dream. Greeks and Romans argued that dreams are a sign of their gods and have prophecies (www.scientificamerican.com). Even if I could not find the purpose of my dream, at the end of the nineteenth century my dream research has made tremendous changes. In 1952, a scientist in Chicago discovered electronic reading during a certain sleep stage.
A dream is one of the most fascinating and least understood aspects of sleep. Science has brought the possibilities, but we do not yet understand the purpose of our dreams. Dreams can include a variety of wonderful emotions and themes. Several dreams seem to come directly from our daily life. Most of us experienced waking up in a strange and sometimes fun environment that is developing in our dreams. Dreams can fight deep emotions, dealing with loss and reunion, anger, sorrow, fear. Bad dreams and nightmares are one of the most shocking and emotionally memorable dreams. Even the anxious dreams that are partially memorized will remain in our calm heart. But how much do we know about this unsettling dream phenomenon? What is the difference between a bad dream and a nightmare?
When we start chasing our dream lives, we know that some things are reality. First of all, we need not just have a dream. We need to have a goal to achieve our dreams. The aim is to change our dreams into reality. Once we have set our goals for our dreams, that will help us create the direction we need to make them real. I remember this picture. My wife and I make plans and trust God with them. But most importantly, we need to chase these plans and have the courage to move from planning to action. I rarely hear stories of people chasing dreams.
