The Process of Developing Policies: The President and Foreign Affairs

Harry Truman once asked, "Who made the foreign policy of the United States?" Simply answered "I am delighted." President of the United States has always considered diplomatic issues to protect America's superpower. The president is regarded as an important decision maker of foreign policy, but the executive branch is not the only field that determines the foreign policy of the United States. Because the US government has the power to influence the lives of many people through policy, the process of policy making is very important to the relevant branches.

This policy identifies diplomats and President Diaspora's Special Assistant Office (OSSAPFAD), and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Office of the Federal Government (OSGF) are important for coordinating expatriates. It also lists other government agencies, institutions, and expatriate organizations involved in the implementation process.
