The Problems of Individuallity and Conformity Within a Society

America is a country that people are released from persecution and express their thoughts and opinions. The principle of this creation encouraged American society to escape from integration and promote personalization. The personalities of many home television programs and several media advertisements are proud and proof of personal growth. In American society, children are taught to create personality when young. However, as individuals grow, they are forced to choose a two-sided problem, they are placed in a position which must be chosen to rebel what they observe in their particular social.

Compliance may show some indifference to others. Many of the believers, "If it is possible that I do this, they can" believe, we expect a higher authority to deal with social problems. The compliance, not cast doubt on the authority, which means that blindly trust the social leader. When becoming a social problem, this blind trust can be dangerous. Compliance can be bred as "It is not my problem". Giving the authority to the leader, after all, "they are responsible, they should act on the basis of it," there is a possibility, which means that to ignore the social justice on the grounds that. Compliance can protect individuals from anger feelings and the necessity of social injustice

Compliance is the expectation of every society. It is expected that every member of society will play its part in living in harmony with other members. Conformity is a word that became taboo. Submission is a slogan of battles of people living at the edge of society that does not change the world. Society is a complex array and people doing what they are doing are not so. Every member of society is in some respects but not the other. In other words, there are three groups. There are cases where you meet a rule and follow it, a group that completely refuses consolidation, and a rule that complies with rules other than compliance.
