This course lasts 4 weeks from 8 AM to 10 AM, 5 times a week, until the summer of 2007. For all of our university general education social problem courses, we are currently using John J's social problem. MACIONIS. The 2005 edition is used for this course. The curriculum committee of our department chose this article as it provides a thorough discussion of the social issues mentioned in the current study and balanced and fair coverage of many theoretical perspectives . We chose eight social questions and eight, primarily current feature films, to accommodate the chapter chosen. In the first class meeting, I explained how the course works and started following this format the next day.

In this way, the social order has become disjointed. This also means that the society itself has lost faith, trust, and hope - people in it lose sense of belonging, meaning, relationships
