James Knock Spoke (1795-1849) was the eleventh president of the United States of America and was elected in 1844. Pork is Tennessee Governor and Chairman of the American House of Representatives. As a Democrat, Pork was a candidate for President 1844 ("Dark Horse"), breaking Higg Henry Clay through a commitment to annex Texas. He was the leader of Jackson's democracy during the second party system. Pork is known for his success in his foreign policy.
