The Power of Story & Your Authentic Voice

The workshop started with digital communication two weeks before the eleventh meeting began and weekly exercises and lasted for two weeks after the seminar ended.

We are all storytellers, guardians of history, and the creator of the world we are leaving for our discovery and change. We have a lot of power on stories that repeat with each other and in stories that we believe in ourselves. They shape the lens we see in the world

In addition to you, you still have a voice. Please have a story about your voice - from your physical environment, the physical structure of your body, your life experience and choice, and your emotions about yourself. I write from life, body, voice and talk

The focus of this workshop is in alignment and synchronization (your body speaks the same story as your words and voices) so that you can more consciously shape your words to the world.

Learn a simple body awareness technique, change the position of the body throughout the day and balance.

Please write in real voice, aim at your words, and put your voice in the bones of the audience
