All I need is a bow tie. Except that I need a new bow tie, I am ready for the weekend. I thought that there was a store on Boston 's luxurious Newbury Street I found a shop selling dresses and wedding dresses. After entering the shop, I noticed that soothing classical music was played in the background, as some customers broke down their well maintained showrooms. The only operator in the shop is busy with customers, so I am waiting for some help.

Deustch (1980) studied what happens when one person (A) has more power than another person (B). He divided power division into three theoretical groups: environmental rights, relationship power and personal power. These views are quite different, but sometimes they are interrelated. Deustch uses these reference groups to explain why this power imbalance occurs.
