The civil rights movement represents the "mass movement" that unifies black people and fights against white supremacy, racial discrimination, and discrimination. Blacks may face obstacles in this movement challenging the social and political framework of society. John Lewis and "Wind Walk", the book of "Civilization and Civil Rights" by William H. Chaffee shows the obstacles facing meditation participants and free knights. Both meditation and freeride are examples of nonviolent resistance, which indicated a kind of anger and ugliness promoted by civil rights peace movement in the south (Lewis, 99).
Anger of healing: Endurance in Buddhist vision: This book was written by Dalai Lama. In this book, he is trying to solve the problem of anger. He insists that anger can be compensated by perseverance. He even suggested some meditation exercises for beginners. If someone is unfamiliar with Buddhist scriptures, this book seems difficult to understand. In order to investigate the impact of patience on individuals, I interviewed individuals with different social and professional backgrounds. The interview consists of 10 questions. First record the answers, then analyze them to get clues and find similarities and differences between the respondents' answers.
Oh ... then I have patience. I asked myself what course I'm studying now, and I read Emily Gorno's article to improve your patience, and that gave me the answer. Patience is definitely a big challenge for me! I am patiently cooperating with myself as I have to complete my work and the rest of the time until we leave
I asked my teacher about perseverance. "Perseveitate, what you are seeking will come to you" I believe this will work within the limits we will allow, and we will come across space to meet the universe. Patience is not passive, but an overly passive lifestyle will keep you looking at sitting on a bystander and all passing by. The real patience allows you to interact with some degree of separation. This will allow you to connect without being overwhelmed by your judgment. Patience provides the ability to accept another person, as she has all the flaws and they never dismiss her because of them. This means abandoning your judgment and looking at the second opportunity to get another type of interaction that is fun or more consistent.
