Even when Facebook ceases to exist, people will not endanger their lives. Many people use smartphones while driving. They answer immediately as soon as they hear the phone ringing, and when they receive a message they reply as soon as they are driving.
Social connections are the social currency of social networking sites. The popularity of social networking sites among college teenagers has brought intangible boundaries between online and offline identities. Since online conversation is an offline conversation, college students often misunderstand to post personal and intimate information without real disagreement in real society. Anxiety, self-advertisement, colleague awareness often influences college student's on-line identity. In this survey we are studying college student's online identity and visual impression management by student's name, language, and profile pictures chosen by students on their Facebook profile. This research shows that student online identity and visual impression are rebuilt based on peer perception, social connection, and value related to popularity.
