The Police: Andy Summers, Gordon Mathew

Police are guitarist Andy Summers, drummer Steward Copeland, and base guitarist and singer Gordon Mathew Sumner's trio. Before the band was established Steward Copeland was a member of the Curved Air band. In 1976, the band broke away from Copeland without work or passion. Copeland wants to join another band to reunite his life and music; coincidentally, he and Gordon met with a local jazz club and was grateful enough to start the band. Soon after they released their first song "Fall Out" they invited Henry Padovani to join the band, and he gladly accepted [why? ]. In 1977, three of them quietly traveled with Mike Howlett.

Andy Summers, a band guitarist, performed a song called "2010". This is the latest new wave version of Richard Strauss' other Sprach Zarathustra (this is 2001 theme space-roaming).
