In this survey, in 1940 and 1941 the United States valued the extent to which Japan ban embargoed measures and caused Japan to attack Pearl Harbor. Pearl Harbor is often thought of as an unfair "sudden" attack by many Americans, while major people in Japan and the US have historical documents, but evidence and research are opposite. From the USA, Pearl Harbor is one of the most memorable events in the Second World War.
