The Patient Intake Interview

The entry interview helps to identify and diagnose problems that customers may encounter. The therapist can then explain to the client what happens during the interview, including the period. Good assessment / or intake will focus on personal circumstances, strengths and coping mechanisms. The form of ingestion is for the client, it provides the therapist with more information and an understanding of your identity. It is considered a sequence of questions and agreement that the client has to sign and agree.
