For over 60 years since the Northwest resistance in 1885, the Canadian government has refused to withdraw from the protected area many of the fundamental freedoms of the prairie knowing that there is no legal basis for that policy. Pass Pass System is a Canadian documentary on the Canadian government's policy on Passport System in 2015. The film was studied by Alex Williams, directed, produced, and explained by the executives of Tantoo Cardinal and James Cullingham played by Cris Derksen. It was produced under the support of the Canadian Arts Council, the Ontario Arts Council, the Toronto Arts Council, and the community, and was created in collaboration with Tamarack Productions. This movie was first released at the Vancouver Open. 2015 Vancouver International Film Festival. This film was premiered by APTN on April 13, 2016. The CBC main network was aired at 1 pm on June 19, 2016.

On April 1, 2015 the New York State legislature passed a bill to drastically reform the New York City corporate income tax system. These changes are signed by the Governor as Part D of 20th chapter 60 of 2015 Act on April 13, 2015 and will be valid for the tax year starting on January 1, 2015.
