Outline of Career and Work Counseling Course is an introduction or explanation of career counselor's work. This course explained the learning style, listening activity, discussion about S - O - L - E - R, consulting skills and attributes, multiple intelligence, customer respects, ways of exploring, dimensions of employability, and competition management. All these activities gave me the skills I have and a deep understanding of the fields I need to improve to become a career counselor.

In the field of career counseling, we combine basic consulting skills, evaluation, prevention, intervention and diagnostic skills with clients. This chapter provides an overview of career counseling for Junior Counselors. When new consultants begin their professional journey there are still many possibilities to challenge and reward their experiences. As a career counselor, it has strengthened consulting experience of clients and consultants and has established a solid foundation for career development and intervention that enables necessary investigation. Most professional consultants have a master's degree in areas such as mental health counseling, counseling, or community counseling. Currently, career counseling is a field that is not regulated, but most members of professionals are authorized as a professional consultant for their business. Others come from law care and medical care counseling and then use their industry expertise to advise people in their previous field.
