Vancouver is slowly turning PNE into a park called Hastings Park, which will be the second largest park in the city. ("Hastings - Sunrise"). Hastings is growing steadily and is now known as a diverse and quiet working class community.

This area is the culmination of many smaller cities and unincorporated communities, each with its own history and character. There is a fairview in the north of Gresham and north of Troutdale where there are two lakes lining up. It is Blue Lake and Fairview Lake. Both offer great entertainment opportunities and some real estate options. As a real estate agent in Portland, I will be cautious about talking to buyers about purchasing in that area. Since the location is basically muddy, please make sure the infrastructure is reliable. When viewing houses in the Fairview and Interlachen districts, be sure to ask for independent inspections and understand the average life expectancy of the sewage system or purification system.

In 2016, Fairview Shores was ranked number 12 in the Florida Millennials list. Yes, really nice! If life in the lake is calling you, consider considering going to Fairview Shores. Nearby there are Fairview Lake, Lake Killarney, Little Lake Fairview. It is a community rich in outdoor recreation. It is the best place to warm up in Florida during the summer. There are convenient restaurants and bars in this area, easy access to the city center, average rent is over 900 dollars. Fairview Shores is a wonderful relocation destination for those interested in using the sun and warm weather in Florida throughout the year.
