It all began in 2013 when I was working on a London Burners decompression party. The idea is to place the EEG headset in the octopus cap and project the visual effect based on human brain activity. Octopus is made of papier and foam packaging and it is called Cyril. I am using Raspberry Pi for the Octopus project, so I can not use LiveCodeLab. Instead I created some simple EEG data visualizations using openFrameworks. The installation must be portable, so it was chosen because it can load octopus' hat. Cross compiling is not possible, so you need to compile the code on Pi. This is really slow. And whenever you want to adjust the visuals, you have to recompile the code. To solve this problem I have written a simple script that can be loaded at run time and set up visualization.
