It all began in 2013 when I was working on a London Burners decompression party. The idea is to place the EEG headset in the octopus cap and project the visual effect based on human brain activity. Octopus is made of papier and foam packaging and it is called Cyril. I am using Raspberry Pi for the Octopus project, so I can not use LiveCodeLab. Instead I created some simple EEG data visualizations using openFrameworks. The installation must be portable, so it was chosen because it can load octopus' hat. Cross compiling is not possible, so you need to compile the code on Pi. This is really slow. And whenever you want to adjust the visuals, you have to recompile the code. To solve this problem I have written a simple script that can be loaded at run time and set up visualization.
Linnae called the octopus "a unique monster." In his Norwegian natural history (1752), Bergen's bishop Eric Portidin wrote about Kraken's Kraken, a huge octopus-like sea monster that could be "in war". The greatest warrior drag it downwards or breathe into the vortex it awakens. Similar creatures, Akkorokamui, have excellent eyes and cutting ability, and the ability to reproduce limbs, are characteristic of the Ainu folklore, and are worshiped in the Japanese shrine. Victor Hugo's "Toilers of the Sea" includes a long description of octopus or "devil fish".
Thunderbird Lake in Norman, Oklahoma is an artificial one with no known freshwater octopus seed, but since it is rooted in it, the myth of the recent monster does not stop. I am in charge of some recent drowning. "Oklahoma octopus" - or such population - was also condemned in the drowning cases of Lake Oolagah and Tenkiller. Imagine a group of real dinosaurs living in the deepest jungle of the Congo River. Dozens of explorers tried to discover this imaginary long-neck aquatic animal leg dinosaur, which has been described for a long time by tribes around the Lake Terre in this Republic of the Congo. Congo dinosaurs have captured the imagination of the West from the beginning of the 20th century to the present, but so far there is no evidence to prove that existence.
