A. Survey Plan This survey evaluates how the political view of the "Fugitive Slavery Law" in North and South connected to the division between the two places. The focus of the survey was to analyze the criticisms of the north-south fugitives slavery law and to analyze how their political views caused division between the United States and the effect of civil war factors. To do this, we review criticism, analyze articles about fugitives slaves from North and South, and explain their views on the Fugitive Slavery Law.

The Constitution's "Fugitive Slavery Law" was endorsed in the South, was condemned in the north, and divided labor unions into slaves without slavery. In the north, many states have passed the individual freedom law which makes it impossible to invalidate their duties or to carry out their duties. Northern people like writer Ralph Waldo Emerson believe that the law is immoral and does not support it. In this issue, the north will soon become the south opponent and therefore be responsible for breaking the unethical rules of the Constitution. They warned all blacks about the dangers of northern kidnappers and slave prisoners of war, urging slaves to fight for freedom and move away from this authority (Document C). Emerson acknowledges that unethical legislation as provided in the Constitution may lead to unadjusted alliances and incompatibility (Document D). The South has a totally different idea that the "Fugitive Slavery Law" protects their rights.

Dread Scott scared many abolitionists, but the most important reason why discrepancies between North and South are rising is escape slavery. This law permits everyone to act as a slave captor, prohibits someone from helping sued slaves, and states only the ownership of the slave that the slave owner participated in to detain him I will forgive you. Originally it was a political movement to soothe the southern part, but the result was a steadily spreading rift. Southerners generally refuse law enforcement by northern people and another northern conspiracy deprives the southern rights. The north was triggered because they were forced to send their slaves, even free blacks, to the South, as they violated their principles, opposed their deepest beliefs. Northern Europeans are forced to choose between complying with the law and helping humanity. It brings humanized slavery to the northern people and polarizes the two regions.

I did not bring slaves from the south to the north: I have never entered the depth of the south to release slaves. All the slaves I released were in Maryland. Indeed, most of the metro is in the north. Because of "slave law of the fugitive," I can not escort slaves freely, they are free. I am one of the most helpful people to help end slavery. No one mentioned about my relationship with the army, but I am also considered to be the biggest spy in American history. There is no doubt that I am the biggest female spy in American history. I also served as a consultant for several Alliance generals and my information served to occupy the Jacksonville, Florida state. We recruited and trained soldiers and black spy networks at South Carolina, Georgia, Florida. And it played an important role in winning the Civil War.
