In 2017, Trust attracted a group of funders called Early Child Foods Partners, New York to prepare for the lifetime success of all children in New York City. Their goal is to improve the effective child-rearing opportunities and improve the system that affects the happiness of young children, especially low-income family children.

Research shows that children from poor families participating in high quality early childhood education programs are likely to graduate from high school, have stable jobs, and receive higher wages. They are also less likely to participate in the criminal justice system or receive public support from adults. The lack of access to these services has greatly contributed to the achievement of this gap. It is estimated that up to half of children who fail in school are related to quality care and education gap to pre-school children.

New York City has led the significant expansion of kindergarten, but a comprehensive system that provides high quality service to all children under 5 years old has not been built yet. Historically, urban institutions in charge of infant program are operated independently, there is a contradiction between health care provider's regulations and requirements. In order to address these issues, partners work closely with young people and related civil servants, researchers, practitioners and other leaders to expand proof promising ways, test new ideas, We will advance research, and advocate policy changes.
