The Need for a Constitution

Why does the US reject more democratic government as a smaller government? Because this country is either a monarchy or an oligarchy. The federation has collapsed and two cases show this; Spain (dating is necessary) and Shei's Treaty rebellion failed. If the founder's father did not mediate, the United States will be demolished.
