Introduction The nature of employment has changed due to economic development, primary resource reduction, free trade, contraction, redesign, development of information technology and globalization (Coetzee & Roythrone-Jacobs, 2007). Changes in carrier patterns suggest that individuals can expect to have different careers throughout their lifetime. Demand for career counseling is increasing due to various professional trading experienced by individuals. In this article, we first define career counseling and then explain the purpose and results of career counseling.
In the face of changing economies, some countries began working hard to solve employment problems. Certainly, the nature of employment will continue to change, humanity will always play a role, but much of the current work can be done by smart machines as well. It is reasonable to confirm that the basic needs of people are being met in order to achieve a change that could potentially cause the unemployment of millions of people. But how can we ensure that we keep a sense of purpose in the economy where human beings leave them?
Employment is our biggest concern as long as people are forced to work for others to fear hunger and earn income. Regardless of the nature of employment, it is hungry or it is doing it.
