The Most Peaceful Place I Know

The Jervaulx monastery was a abandoned 12th century monastery, whose reputation is that it was the original place where Wensleydale cheese was made. The beginning of spring was very beautiful today, so I decided to go by car again. Unfortunately, I can not perfectly capture the quiet and beautiful atmosphere of this place with photos, but maybe I can taste it.

Later, we headed to the beautiful small market town of Masham and waited for a delicious barbecue dinner at King's Head.

Whenever I visit my grandfather 's house, I feel that I have come to the quietest place in the world.
