The Mistakes of Leaders and Accepting Them

On June 17, 1972, due to the invasion of the Democratic National Committee headquarters of the Washington DC Watergate Office, President Richard Nixon resigned as he tried to conceal its intrusion. It is inevitable to make a mistake. Unfortunately, learning from them is not so. We investigated the mistakes made by these great design leaders and what they made from these mistakes. In these stories you learn that making a mistake is inevitable, but there are mechanisms for growth and improvement that make these design leaders wonderful due to mistakes. Without the constant efforts of Dan Allard, this book is unattainable. When interviewing design leaders in North America, Dan was a cameraman of all the equipment and was a loud and common Sherpa. A great leader is said to be a fair, reasonable, reliable and sincere leader. These leaders tend to allow their followers to make mistakes, learn from the past, and create their own reality from what they learned. In addition, these great leaders do not have a single focus, their focus is diverse, and they must be consistent with individual team and team members. King T'Challa showed all these qualities. Strong leaders can easily connect with others by proving their human nature. They accept that they are not perfect, they make mistakes (and they admit to committing them!). When a leader imitates credibility, when an employee makes a mistake, they will bear the risk as follows. There are no lonely rangers or high-performance leadership culture in leadership. Good leaders aim to create diverse environments by ways of doing things and observing the world; they remove the fear from the room and run the risks; they make people feel secure and creativity I will show it. Their ideas and advice on key decisions. There is trust, so do not be afraid. It tells the employee "嘿, we are all together" feeling.
