During school, mistakes indicate prospects for lower grades. Excellent students do not make mistakes. At home, mistakes can lead to advice. Good children will obey the rules. In the workplace, mistakes may have a serious effect. Excellent workers are right for the first time.

However, in schools and organizations where we were upset by mistakes, we also learned that people frequently stumble upon wonderful inventions. When people are given room to make mistakes, there is increasing evidence that innovation is prosperous. Even Mahatma Gandhi respects experimentation and he thinks that "freedom is not worth without freedom to make mistakes."
