The Miracle of Making Mistakes

During school, mistakes indicate prospects for lower grades. Excellent students do not make mistakes. At home, mistakes can lead to advice. Good children will obey the rules. In the workplace, mistakes may have a serious effect. Excellent workers are right for the first time.

However, in schools and organizations where we were upset by mistakes, we also learned that people frequently stumble upon wonderful inventions. When people are given room to make mistakes, there is increasing evidence that innovation is prosperous. Even Mahatma Gandhi respects experimentation and he thinks that "freedom is not worth without freedom to make mistakes."

Why are not we allowed? Most of us are afraid of them, especially in the business world. We believe people will think rude is incompetent. We also feel that success is driven by our image as an expert, not a learner. Our performance indicators include sales, profit, gross profit, other figures.

Are these really the best indicators for success? Please consider another option. What happens if I ask about the mistakes that occurred because the employees made different things? What did they learn?

Is this a bit strange? It may be possible, but we have to regain human factors to business; we can not extend computer programs. Some mission critical and life-threatening tasks may not tolerate failure, but not for our other work and life. I made a lot of mistakes. Many mistakes. And I make mistakes everyday. It's okay. I think that all the mistakes I do are the best learning experiences. According to the miracle morning, things are not successful, what you messed up does not mean you expect your future. The position I am in today is the result of the action I have done in the past. Where is it based on today's actions? Thinking about how to spend my time to influence the future is a wonderful way to move my ass. I would like to do a lot of things, but if I started working on these goals today, this is all I can do.

We all make mistakes. The error is the reason we grow up - it is not related to making a mistake that there is no better word. This is frustrating and often painful to commit these mistakes, but in the end you will understand that the profits you get are more than damage. Every mistake you make or learn will bring new knowledge. It will be the key to making you smarter, stronger and ready for the future.

Failure is a good thing We can learn from our mistakes but it is better that we have not made a mistake in the first place and within a reasonable range. It is not advisable to repeat the same mistake twice, but since common sense plays an important role in this respect, you need to learn from your mistakes as soon as possible.
