"You have voted for a woman at the age of 42. You are encouraging the establishment of a women's club in the Dominican Republic, you were always a female supporter." (66). Minerva asked Trujillo why she goes to law school and why she leaves her case. Minerva is not afraid of Trujill, she tells him what she wants and finally he will hand it over to her. "I can see my hand with infinite slow motion," Minerva said (67). Trujillo touched her with harassing Minerva in an unpleasant way, and Minerva did what the other women were unable to do and protected himself by hitting himself.

The hero of Mirabar family is a person who shows courage and self-sacrifice in danger and adversity. When all the sister's butterflies came out, Minerva was the most heroic sister. Minerva died in heroes, she is still a hero. She supports what she thinks is right. Minerva is an exceptional hero and she got up as she approached Trujillo as much as possible for various reasons.

On November 25, 1960, Trujillo killed three of the four Mirabal sisters called The Butterflies. The victims were Patria Mercedes Miraval (born February 27, 1924), Minerva Mirabal (born March 12, 1926), Antonia Maria Theresa Mirabal (born 15 October 1935). My sister and her husband are trying to defeat Trujillo with a fierce revolt. Like her husband, Mirabals has a communist ideological tendency. These sisters have received many honors in various cities of the Dominican Republic and have many monuments. Their home hometown Salcedo was renamed to Probinsha Hellmanas Miraval (Mirabal Sisters Province). International Day for eradicating violence against women is an anniversary of women's death.

This week I will take you to the sister of Mirabal, a sister of four Dominican people who opposed Raphael Trujo, the dictator. On November 25, 1960, three of the four sisters were assassinated. This day is considered an international day for eradicating violence against women.

Three Mirabar sisters were brutally killed in 1960, three months after my family escaped from the Trujillo dictatorship of the Dominican Republic. Underground founder, las Mariposas (butterflies, their codename) ignited resistance cells nationwide. (My father joined one of these cells which was dismissed as secret police secret police in the summer of 1960 - the reason why we were forced to escape.) The novel tells the story of Mirabbar through the novel lens I will tell you. Needless to say, this book is something I have to write.
