The media is everywhere. Media ranging from advertisements of T.V to popular magazines. It creates the norms people will use in their daily lives. It is forced to believe that women are not as good as men and incompetent. Society has brought about short results to women. Due to the obvious influence of the media, women fell to the corner of anxiety and frustration. There are many aspects to the media's attempt to change women's aspects, but the influence of media on women's body image is greatly appreciated.

Whether the media helps or hurts recognition of women's body. Media has had a big impact on the daily lives of women. The media constantly sends out information that women should spend time and money; every day in the heart of a woman, I draw a picture of how it should look. A wrong image of a young and beautiful woman was drawn and changed perfectly to hide every flaw. A young woman can not achieve the standard of media creation. Young women are affected adversely by these ads every day; they have to do a few things.

There are overflowing media images of slender women in various places, such as TV programs, movies, popular magazines. Media often applies a thin body to women. These are also pictures showing young people in their lives, they are particularly vulnerable and look good with pressure from their peers. Because of this influence, the image of bad bodies can begin to develop at a very young age. More than 50% of girls aged 9 to 10 have a meal better (3). About 80% of girls of this age group say they died to lose weight. Likewise, some boys from 9th grade to 10th grade found to use anabolic steroid hormones to gain more muscle mass. More often, the negative body image only affects girls and women, but that is not the case.
