According to Huselid and Jackson, strategic human resource management is specifically developed, implemented, and implemented based on intentional links to its strategy. Strategic human resource management means that employees are strategic resources such as human capital and need to be managed and utilized when executing corporate strategies. The premise of the SHRM paradigm is that specific human resources practices need to promote actions designed to provide corporate strategies and focus on the relationship between employee behavior and corporate strategy (eg, Snell 2001; Schuler and Jackson 1989; Fisher 1989). It also focuses on the strategic background that affects individuals and the later technical human resources management practice system.
