The Meaning of Life

When I was looking for inspiration for summer camp sermons I found the next story, I think that I will share it. The story comes from Robert Fulghum's book "It fired when I disappointed it." That's all there is to it.

I started to play it as a toy and was fascinated by the fact that I can reflect the light in a dark place where the sun does not shine. To me, being a game makes it possible to find the most difficult place I can find. I have a small mirror and as I grow up I will take it out in my spare time and keep challenging the game.

When I became a man, I gradually realized that this was not a simple game for children, but a metaphor that could make use of my life. I began to understand that I am not a light or a light source. But light - whether it is true, understanding or knowledge - exists and if it reflects it it can only shine in many dark places

I am a mirror fragment, I do not know its overall design and shape. Still, what I have, I can reflect light in the darkness of the world, in the darkness of the human heart, and change something about a person. Probably others will see the same happen. This is what I am talking about. This is the meaning of my life.
