The Masters Tournament

In 1934, two professional golfers provided golf and decided to hold an annual event to symbolize contribution to sports. Their names are Bobby Jones and Clifford Roberts, and this event will be called Master. Roberts initially proposed to call the game Masters, but Jones opposed it as he thought it was inappropriate. The name of the Augusta National Invitational Tournament has been changed to use, which lasted for five years until Jones changed his mindset and changed his name.

In the 1907 Ostend championship, the word master (German Großmeister) was used. The game is divided into two parts: the tournament and the Masters. The tournament section applies to players who won the international tournament. Siegbert Tarrasch won and Carl Schlechter, Dawid Janowski, Frank Marshall, Amos Burn, and Mikhail Chigorin won the championship. These players are explained as master of the game

Arnold Palmer was born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania on September 10, 1929. As the son of the Country Club venue manager, Palmer is the first golfer who won Masters four times and is often considered one of the greatest players in the history of men's professional golf. Over 50 years of his career, called "King", Palmer won over 90 games with his career including 4 times to win the Master. He is also an early pioneer in the field of sports marketing and he has earned a large salary for his lovely athletes from the support and fee of various products during his lifetime. He registered his trademark for his name and trademark in 1968. Palmer died at the age of 87 in 2016

Palmer's last big victory came from the Masters of 1964. With this victory, Palmer became the first golfer who won Masters four times (1958, 1960, 1962, 1964). But even as his control over the tour begins to diminish, Palmer has been the most profitable winner in the golf world for many years. In 1968, he became the first golfer who won the prize money of a total of one million dollars. Apart from golf, Palmer proved to be a successful businessman. He has invested in automobiles and airlines for many years. Perhaps most notably, he became one of the best pitchers in sports history. By the end of the 1990s, he is reportedly accepting more than $ 20 million approval agreement every year.
