In the golden age of human beings, human technology has reached the global consciousness of the world, but in bright families, I can not imagine that many people live without fresh water or everyday nutrition. In the United States, many citizens are forced to consume highly processed ready-made food to survive in poverty, but people are talking about so many foods. These meals are rich in fat, sodium, and of course calories, giving consumers an extra weight.

This is my typical weekend six years ago when I was in an eating disorder that I could not recognize. Back then, my reason was this: It was much easier to refuse to use a disorderly meal to conceal anxiety during the week when your day was full of promises. However, there is not much room to get rid of the causes and effects of eating disorders on weekends. Therefore, I was not surprised to hear that the communication related to the eating disorder related to the crisis text line was suddenly increased on Sunday.

Young people with anorexia may take extreme measures to avoid eating and manage the amount and quality of food you eat. They may become extremely thin or thin, and they are still talking about feeling obese. Because their body image is distorted, they usually continue to eat under very unhealthy weight

Eating disorders are a series of serious diseases with underlying mental illness. Eating disorders, weight and body formation are unhealthy obsessive compulsive disorder (Stein, Merrick, & Latzer, 2011). People with eating disorders bring physical concerns to their extremes about abnormal eating habits. There are many cases that can cause eating disorders and affect both men and women, but their prevalence mainly occurs during adolescence (Ison & Kent, 2010; Stein)
