In the early nineteenth century, the United States began to divide, but in the middle of the century people 's opinion began to become more specific, so separation of the alliance became more intense. From 1850 to 1861, the union was clearly divided into north and south. The Constitution has played an important role in continuous separation. Through the partial nature of the fragmentary part of the constitution and the thought that it missed, the Constitution brought discord between divisions, mostly failure of the union.

The three main reasons for the Civil War were mainly due to the fact that the collapse in the south was directly caused by the lack of consideration to the north. Each reason is caused by tension between the two. Everyone has different perspectives on how to operate the US and lifestyle. One of the main conflicts in the American Civil War was the American Civil War. Civil war has many reasons. It all occurred around the mid-19th century. Slavery was the main cause of the civil war, but the issue of state rights played the second most important role. Here we must understand that the Federation was founded by collecting thirteen colonies to form a central government. But people believe that all 13 colonies are equally represented in Congress and because all of these states seek autonomy, they can at least make a decision about their internal affairs. Both of these things became impossible. Although the state acquired some kind of rights, the Constitution proclaims that the central government is allowed to interfere with all important matters, its authority will not be questioned. These provisions of the constitution naturally give enormous power to the central government, which creates a difference between the state and the government. Later the state gained limited power to help them maintain some control over their internal affairs.
