We organized a focus group of junior high school administrators and faculty members from all over the country who asked us to identify the most important problems faced by the sixth grade students facing when switching from elementary to junior high school. We will introduce top 10 questions and some ideas to enable students to manage all these new experiences. Final idea: Assist students in a structured and meaningful way, run asset based programs, prepare students for tasks, and celebrate the unique experience of secondary schools.
