The Madness Of Emily Dickinson

This poem is written in depression.

Through literature, madness and insanity are presented to readers as a way to surprisingly control stories. Emily Dickinson explained in the poem "Crazy is the most holy emotion", "Crazy is the most sacred emotion / sharp eyes" Dickinson suggested that clear madness may not be totally crazy . She suggests that there are people who think that perhaps crazy strangeness may actually be a trick used by a character trying to get something. This benefit is a temporary thing such as the end of a successful business transaction, it is also a permanent thing such as finding true love. The tragic history of Dr. Faustus, Kate of "The Taming of the Taming" of Shakespeare, and Macbeth of Drama Macbeth of Shakespeare, Dr. Dr. Marlowe's life at Faustus is clearly looking at the crazy harvest.
