The Love Parade Festival was a day's house and technology music festival; however, in 2010, when a party encountered a bottleneck in a tunnel and became a furious prank, it became deadly. The festival was thought to have hosted only 300,000 people, but a number of people beyond expectations eventually joined. The festival is full and more than 1 million people are considered to participate in this event. A massacre occurred around 1700 local time (GMT 1500 pm) as many people come in and out of the tunnel at the same time.

In 2010, a tragic human runaway occurred during the festival in Phnom Penh. When thousands of people tried to hand over the suspension bridge, the entrance to the festival, the bridge began to shake under excessive weight, panic occurred and it began to express to the lower bridge. 347 people were killed by physical pressure.
