The Lost Generation

In my life, the many people, things, or places we have experienced have a very unique and powerful impact on our lives. Some women experience this change when a new baby is born. To others, this life change may become a law firm partner. Everyone experiences life with varying degrees, but there is one sure thing. Everything in life is not a wonderful experience. Everything in life is balanced, and every kind of pleasure brings some sort of heartache.

"Confused generation" (which is characterized by disillusionment) is the name of an American writer, poet, artist who Gertrude Stein gave to live in Europe during the 1920s. Notable members include Call Porter, Gerald Murphy, Patrick Henry Blues, Waldo Perth, Ernest Hemingway, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Zelda Fitzgerald, Ezra Pound, John Dos Passe and Sherwood Anderson. Benito Mussolini, the leader of the National Fascist Party, became the prime minister of Italy and soon set up the world's first fascist government. The Fascist regime has established a dictatorship system led by Mussolini as a dictator. The Fascist regime restored a good relationship between the Roman Catholic Church and Italy, and the Rutland Treaty which established the Vatican City.

Ernest Hemingway can find an example of "confused generation" in the book "weapons to parting". Lieutenant Frederic Henry is the main candidate for "lost generation". Henry was an ambulance driver on the front line of Italy but he discovered that in the harshest experience he was not as hopeful and glorious as he imagined. Henry felt it did not make sense after he became sick and withdrew from the war. Hemingway wrote many different descriptions of the postwar experience and the lost generation it produced.

Lost generations will occur and will continue to occur due to war, plague, other major diseases, cruel dictators and many other terrible things. The lost generation of this century may be for artificial intelligence and robots to leave many people without work, opportunity, opinion and hope. Most people suffer before we get fair basic income. People who do not want to adapt mainly. People who think they can not adapt. Blame others. Capitalism criticism, stock market, Wall Street, hedge fund managers, technology etc.
