There are many reasons why conservative power was lost in 1830. One is a question of religion. Essentially, this is a fight between Canningites and Ultra Toire. Canningites is a group dedicated to the views of Canning, Canning is a diplomatic faction of the Liverpool government and prime minister after Liverpool's resignation. Citit is generally more liberal conservative, more tolerant of new ideas, and has tried many times to promote Catholic liberation. Super Tory Party is a collection of more Tories and their views are more extreme than regular Conservatives.
In the 1930s there were four prime ministers in England. When the decade began, Tree Arthur Wellesley, the first Duke of Wellington, led Congress. The Wellington government closed at the end of 1830 and did not respond to the request for reform. The Whig Party chose Charles Gray and the second Earl Gray took over him and took over the reform law in 1832, the abolition of slavery in 1833 (abolition of slavery throughout the British Empire), the factory law (for child labor Restrictions), including a number of reforms. Gray retired from public duty in 1834, making Lord Melbourne his successor. Sir Melbourne continued reform, and in 1834 "Poverty Law Reform" was enacted. That stipulated that a healthy British can not receive assistance unless he enters the studio. Since Wig IV opposed the reform of the wig, after disbanding Melbourne in November, he appointed Sir Robert Peale as a conservative regime.
Palmerston played a leading role in the formation of the British foreign policy (1830-4, 1835-41, 1846-51) and the prime minister (1855-58, 1859-65). He served as the Minister of War for 20 years at the Conservative Government, but in 1830 he was transferred to the Whigg Coalition. Many of the more fundamental Hoggs did not rely on his basic conservative view, but opposed to being hated about reform measures. He usually warns against delays on the one hand and on the other hand against opportunistic reforms and tends to compromise. He is very sensitive to public opinion and often forms it through dialogue with newspaper editors. When he feels that public demand has reached an unstoppable momentum, he will work hard for reduced reform. He often makes the same recommendation to foreign governments. In fact, he learned foreign policy policy from Canning.
