John B Watson's lifetime took place between 1878 and 1958. John Watson served as Professor at Johns Hopkins University from 1908 to 1920. Watson was known for causing a behavioral revolution in 1913, and he also proved this role. It regulates the development of emotional response to stimuli. He insists that psychology should study behavior rather than function of the mind. . In his most famous study, Watson made the infant feared the mouse. When a child touches the mouse, a loud sound is heard. Scared to loud noises, the child ties the mouse to this feeling, so he is afraid of the mouse.

Before the 1920s, psychology was called "spiritual life science". However, although John B Watson disputes the view of cognitive psychology, we propose to redefine it as "science of observable behavior". He insisted that science was discovered through observation. After all, it is impossible to observe people's thoughts and emotions, but people can observe human behavior. Since then, behaviorism has become another important theory of psychology research. Behaviorism focuses on the role of living organisms, every action that can be observed and recorded. It is defined as "the belief that actions are determined not by exercising free will, but by the power in our uncontrollable environment" (Myers, 1998, p.15). We can not measure free will, so we can not exist. Behavioralists look at the world from a stimulus and response perspective and study the environmental impact on biological reactions.
