"Gymnastics taught me everything - life lesson, responsibility, discipline and respect." - Shawn Johnson (former Olympic gymnast). In my interview with Franchesca Hutton - Lau, I found that this sentence was very real for her. Franchesca Hutton-Lau, her friends, and his teammates are often called Frankie. In my interview with her she influenced her struggle, experience, lessons learned and success from this dangerous campaign. I call it Cheska, which is quite different from that of ordinary high school students.
In the 1970s, the average age of the Olympic gymnastics began to decline. Although it was not unprecedented for teenagers to participate in the competition in the 1960's, in the first Olympics in 1968 the 16 year old Ludmilla Tourischeva gradually became normal as the difficulty of sports increased. Small and light girls usually work well with more challenging acrobat elements than required by redesigned code. The 58 th FIG meeting held in July 1980 before the Olympic Games were held decided to raise the minimum age of the international convention from 14 years old to 15 years old. This change, which came into effect two years later, did not solve the problem. By the 1992 Summer Olympics, elite athletes are almost entirely composed of "elves" - weight loss, young adolescents - express concern about the welfare of the athletes
Olympic gymnast players are very young and do core training since childhood. The minimum age for gymnasts to participate in the international convention is 16 years old. This rule is one of the most controversial rules in gymnastics. Small, young girls tend to get better at higher levels of skills they need. However, if there is no minimum age rule, there are concerns about gymnasts' health and well-being. At the 2008 Olympics there were some controversies as to whether the gymnasts of the Chinese gymnastics team had reached a sufficient age to participate in the competition. Some estimate that she is 13 years old, but no results are obtained in this survey. The fact that the 2012 Olympic gymnastics team (the lowest age) and 4 of the five girls of Aly Raisman are the eldest daughter at the age of 18 proved that gymnasts peaked at a young age. This simply proves that starting gymnastics from a young age is one of the most important elements to succeed at a high level.
