While paying attention to changes in life experience, I read a wide range of roles of nurses and nursing staff while reading Emily Abber 's novel "Wisdom of the mind". When interviewing my grandmother Marjorie Waguespack, her personal experience reinforces many important elements that believe Abel is involved in care. Care includes great rewards from various perspectives. Emily Abel truly believes that "the three key elements of care - tools, spirit, and emotions - sometimes give great rewards" (60). Taking care of individuals is difficult and may require a lot of sacrifice, but in many cases profits are higher than cost. Through these components, we will display more content on the web.

Taking care of individuals is difficult and may require a lot of sacrifice, but in many cases the benefits are higher than the cost. These elements require a broad network of people to gain knowledge and support. The resulting relationship plays an essential role in the care of individuals. Care has the ability to change our lives. I listened to countless stories in my interview with my grandmother and repeated many important elements. For example, the links between caregivers and carers are not necessarily closely linked. Waguespack's caregiver is often a mother or a neighbor, a registered nurse; if the situation becomes serious, the doctor is always available. The relationship between a doctor and a patient is different between a caregiver and a non-professional therapist. Waguespack always works with a doctor in a formal way. Respect
Despite many common experiences, the role of caregivers varies widely throughout the care process. The family diversity, the time to enter the caretaker, the period of the role related to the caregiver's entire life process, and the caregiver transition experienced over time will affect the nature of the care role. To highlight the dynamic nature of the role and the various directions it can take, the committee conceptualized care as time goes on. The trajectory of nursing care includes changes in the environment in which elderly people 's care needs and care services are provided (Gitlin and Wolff, 2012).

To establish the evaluation of nursing staff as an integral part of the cross-care environment, fundamental change in thought and practice is necessary. In September 2005, the National Care Center of the Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA) held a national conference on the formation of a career assessment consensus. At this conference, leaders of widely recognized health care and long-term care gather together and represent policies and practices on behalf of families and informal carers. Through the consensus building process, participants agreed that it is important to include assessment of needs of caregivers in daily life and service provision environment. These leaders also agreed with the basic principles and practical guidelines for evaluation of nursing staff. They have promoted a family-centered approach aimed at cooperating with elderly and disabled people to inject all parts of the tool kit.
