He went to school in an educated classroom very early. He studied at Walter Shewhart for many years and used statistical control theory as the basis for his research. William Edwards Deming (1900-1993) is an American statistician. William Edwards Deming is a well-known quality control leader who is working on continuous improvement. The origin of his work is in Japanese manufacturing. So, he learned the management principle of statistical process control (SPC), the pioneer of integrated quality management (TQM). This is the reason why William Edwards Deming is considered the most influential alien in Japan's manufacturing industry. He is also a supporter of the famous Plan-Do-Check-Act model, he is also the 14th management point.
In 1950, William Edwards Deming taught him more than a dozen courses on statistical quality control (SQC). This time, we held a meeting for senior management in Japan. The aim is to convey a message that "improvement of quality leads to cost reduction, productivity improvement, market share improvement". Several (large) Japanese manufacturers have adopted the technology of Deming, therefore it is possible to create new international demand for Japanese products. In 1960, William Edwards Deming became the first American to receive the second holy treasure (Japan Prize) from Prime Minister Kishi Shinsuke at that time. I won this prize because Japan acknowledged contribution to the revitalization of industry. Since then, William Edwards Deming has continued his international work, and he has won many nominations and awards.
