The legal system of Ukraine is still in its developing stage, and the Japanese legal system is better developed than Ukraine (Anna 2010, p. 3). Due to this imperfection, certain sanctions that infringe legal and legislative defects are inappropriate (Anna 2010, p. 3). Consequently, ambiguous trivial punishment in the Ukrainian legislation can provide more opportunities for civil servants who promote corruption development, access internal information and make decisions to exploit loopholes in the legal loop You can (Anatoliy 2009).
Our analysis is based on data published by Transparency International, which has published the Corruption Perception Index (CPI) since 1995, and is based on the level of corruption identified by expert evaluation and opinion survey every year I rank them. The consumer price index usually defines corruption as "abusing public power for private benefits." The CPI is currently ranked from 100 (very clean) to 0 (very corrupt) in 176 countries. By contrast, Brazil's consumer price index is 36, Mexico is 31. This is better than most other countries. In other words, corruption is not a big problem in a small country. This can be explained by the fact that small people know each other and large scale corruption occurs soon.
Even at the highest level of Western countries, people tell me that corruption is everywhere. Corruption is everywhere. Unfortunately, however, this did not worsen corruption. In particular, corruption is not embedded as it is in daily life of Western European countries. Most Western citizens have never bribed officials. Most of the LED country is doing this. Transparency International pointed out that 56% of people in sub-Saharan Africa reported receiving bribes in 2011.
