The Legalization of Same-Sex Marriage

Over the years, gay marriage has been ignored in many countries and many people can not tolerate it. After a couple of years of debate, Spain has legitimized a gay marriage on July 3, 2005 after much debate. After years of government control, General Francisco Franco and the Roman Catholic Church quickly designated a ban as gay marriage. After Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero became leader of the National Socialist Party, he soon began the campaign for this global problem. Throughout my research I will discuss my statistics on the issue, pros and cons, and the results of an investigation of how communities and churches respond to this same gay marriage law.

In the United States, the legalization of gay marriage has long been opposed by religious communities. Based on their interpretation of the position of homosexuals in the Bible, others oppose the legalization of same-sex marriage (Dobson, O'Brien). Other opponents oppose the practice of universal principles based on ethical behavior. This is the basis of existing laws in Japan and is considered not to be eroded (George, Finnis, Friedman). - Even though some prisoners are considered dangerous, they should not be detained indefinitely as they are violating their civil liberties. Prisoners should be tried, declared or released. Someone has the right to explicitly state why they were captured and released without evidence. Habeas corpus is Latin and means "there is body".

A long time has passed since the argument that "If it is legal marriage of same sexual marriage" has appeared. Homosexual marriage refers to the right for two homosexual couples to legally participate in the civil marriage system. To date, 15 countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Norway and Sweden have adopted the gay marriage law. In addition, various forms of homosexual associations are recognized worldwide. - The theme that often appears in the hearts of students at Brigham Young University is marriage. I am interested in discussing whether there is a disagreement between ideas of marriage age between students in Utah State and students outside Utah. We will use the Qualtrics survey online to collect data from various BYU students in various research fields such as family life, research in Europe, engineering, sports science, geography, religion etc. There are 259 participants
