Peace is always the most important cause of the United States, and its citizens are always obliged to lend aid to their country and the free world. Especially when Americans feel like "everyone is" confident after conflict "(Edelstein) after the Second World War, Americans feel this way. Under the guidance of President 34th Dwight Eisenhower, the United States was urged to make this concept a reality. President Eisenhower influenced the long-term effort to inherit the idea of a world harmonized with his heritage, the so-called "human-centered" plan, by rescuing America from the World War III.
As a peace researcher, I am inspiring world leaders and special peacemakers such as Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, Mother Teresa. All these great leaders have achieved peace and reconciliation through persuasion rather than strength - in fact, it may be possible to do what seems impossible. As a peace researcher, I am wondering how these extraordinary men and women can gracefully adopt non-violent solutions to cope with complex global conflicts. Their ideology, peace, and humility overcame the social and political power of powerful countries. There is no doubt that their legacy still stimulates the world and that their experience still leads us to seek peace. In fact, their way of dealing with human suffering, injustice, and conflict is the essence of sustainable peace and survival.
This week, world leaders gather at the 71st meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations, and at the same time we will hold International Peace Day on September 21. This year's theme is "a sustainable goal: a foundation for building peace", global development and peace are mutually strengthened, peace is a sustainable 17 countries adopted by 193 UN member countries It is similar to all development goals. We met Jinan and Liraz for the first time at the basketball court. When the two girls got together, they played with each other, they laughed. As they are separated, they will continue to send text messages. Jinan is a 14-year-old Palestinian, and Liraz is a 16-year-old Israeli. It was introduced through PeacePlayers International, a not-for-profit organization backed by USAID which uses basketball as a tool to fill the differences. When they joined the same basketball team, they were born on the other side of the conflict, and they immediately contacted them.
Now think about the other side: peace. According to Vision of Humanity, a non-profit organization that publishes the annual global peace index, each of the ten most safe and peaceful countries in the world is the worldly most mundane and incredible thing. On the contrary, most of the most unstable and peaceful countries are very religious. How is America? According to the latest survey by Pew Research Center, the 10 states reporting the highest faith level to God are Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky . Tennessee State and Oklahoma State (with Utah). The ten states with the lowest confidence in God are Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York, Alaska, Oregon, and California.
