Trade unions are commonplace in the labor field. They provide valuable tools to employees to stand with their employers to ensure that they maintain their rights at work. In this article we will focus on the union structure in two different companies, Ford Motor Company and United Airlines. In addition, we will also outline a brief history and law on labor unions. Many trade unions compete fiercely with their respected employers.
